I've been playing again with the macro setting of my camera. Here is a close-up of one of the hands of a clock. It is about an inch across in real life. I think it'd make quite a good design.
I LOVE taking such photos or....take a photo of an object...print it out quite large and then take two pieces of paper cut into "L's" to make a 4 sided frame that allows you adjust the length and width. Use this to look at different areas of the photo until you find something interesting. Judy Hooworth taught me to do this and it has opened up so many new possibilities!!
But I would definately do something with these clock hands!!
Hello! I'm a textile artist based in the UK. My main blog is at http://www.lizplummer.com/blog but I set up a new one to encourage me to take at least one photo each day.
