I've been making postcards today. I haven't taken any photos of them yet so I thought I'd post some photos of ones I made earlier in the year. Must try this new Blogger images option too sometime! But for now I'll stick to Hello.

I love this one, feel like I'm down there with you in south Wales, the first few times I visited it rained but i don't mind I love the way it makes things shine and all those colourful brollies,
Thank you. It does rain a lot here! I was wondering how to portray rainy days in fabric and I did a workshop where we used lots of sheer fabrics over calico painted with acrylics, and that gave me the idea of using it for rain. It is difficult to tell, perhaps, in the photo, but it is layered with some quite shimmery organzas.
