This is my herb garden at ground level - the rainy week we had followed by the 5 days of really hot, sunny weather, has really made the plants shoot up. On Friday night it was very hot, damp and sultry and all the scents of the flowers were spreading through the garden and peering through the plants at ladybird eye level made me feel I was entering another world. In her Journal Quilts course, Lily Kerns suggested we got down to ground level and viewed the world from a different perspective.
