This is some fabric which I printed yesterday with bubble wrap. I'm not sure what sort of fabric it is, but it is quite an openweave one. I think I'll sponge over this with a lighter colour.

Just a suggestion but can you dye the fabric itself? Perhaps a reddish orange? not sure what will happen but the background looks like it could use colour.. only my opinion.

Hi Sandy,
Thanks for the suggestion. I thought that too. I've got a box of Jacquard paints and there are some Dynaflow ones in there, so I've painted it with those - a bit limited as to colour, but its mostly yellow. Just waiting for it to dry now so I'll post a pic. when it is.
