I was playing around doing this one too... it is painted textured wallpaper with various bits on top... more of the tyvek/xpandaprint stuff and some painted linen with bits of angelina on top. That wallpaper was very nasty to sew on - I had to more or less shove it through the machine even with the feed dogs up.
