This is the best of the cotton fabrics. See what I mean? This one was wrapped around a rusty saw (I didn't want to leave it any longer because I didn't know if the vinegar solution would do anything to the saw and I thought I'd be in the doghouse if His Nibs couldn't use it for its intended purpose when I'd finished with it...)

ROFLMAO--you *really* took one of his tools and used it?!?!?! OMG you are a brave brave woman!! I hope he's one who understands what one must do for one's art?!:>
ALL the things I used were his tools, screws etc... He's got loads of rusty ones which he inherited from his Dad. Actually I think they ended up in better condition after I'd used them - got rid of a bit of the rust for him!!
Pity his soldering iron was too powerful...
He thinks I'm mad I think but he doesn't seem to mind!
